Documents Required for Overseas Recruitments

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

  • Register with Indian Embassy through e-migrate system for recruitment http://emigrate.gov.in/
  • Electronic Authorization
  • Demand letter (attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and Chamber of commerce, Saudi Arabia )
  • Power of Attorney (attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and Chamber of commerce, Saudi Arabia )
  • Contract/ Agreement (attested by Ministry of foreign affairs and Chamber of commerce, Saudi Arabia )

Kuwait:

  • Indian Embassy attested contract
  • Demand letter
  • Power of Attorney

Qatar:

  • Special Power of Attorney for emigration, demand letter/employment contract (for candidates not having high-school or diploma/degrees, all the documents mentioned above must be attested by the Indian Embassy)
  • Sponsorship declaration form for emigration, suspension which is duly attested by the Indian Embassy
  • Visa copy

Oman:

  • Special Power of Attorney for Emigration, demand letter/employment contract (for candidates not having high-school or diploma/degrees, all the documents mentioned above must be attested by the Indian Embassy)
  • Sponsorship declaration form for emigration suspension, which is duly attested by the Indian Embassy
  • Visa copy

UAE:

  • Special Power of Attorney for emigration, demand letter/employment contract (for candidates not having high-school or diploma/degrees, all the documents mentioned above must be attested by the Indian Embassy)
  • Sponsorship declaration form for emigration suspension, which is duly attested by the Indian Embassy<
  • Visa copy

Bahrain:

  • Original NOC
  • Emigration documents required in individual’s name, which is duly attested by the Indian Embassy<
  • Agreement of Employment (to be submitted in triplicate along with a copy of the NOC, commercial registration of the firm and work permit)
